Did you use EPE to load? Do you have sox.exe?

I use point loader and no problem with playing wav file on my 2555LMT.

yes sir i used EPE i have used it before sox is installed in my poi loader odd works when got gps off for in house use

I have done all that you gentlemen have said and still does the same will not show up I have to go to GPS Simulator for it work then only when I hit go on the POI I live 3 mi from a state park will not pick it up till go to simulator then go on that stste park and go missing the boat somewhere but where want to thank you gentlemen for your help

You posted that you have set up your alerts using EPE for built in alerts per FAQ http://www.poi-factory.com/node/28521 .Is that correct?

1.If you are using simulation mode on your device and touch go to the state park location. You voice alert will sound within the distance you set if sox.exe and wav file have been properly set up.

2.If you get in you car and set the state park as your destination and touch go.Again the alarm will sound within your distance setting.

3.If you get in your car and are just navigating or have set another location other then the state park. The voice alert will only sound if you are within appx 98 ft of the coordinates along the road of travel.

Example. I have Cracker Barrel as a custom poi. My alert is set for 2 miles along the road setting. Most Cracker Barrels are set off the interstate and very seldom will I get alerted unless the coordinates are close to the interstate exit. If I select a Cracker Barrel as a destination to go to I will get the voice alert.

To improve on the alert when just navigating you will need to think about using a TourGuide alert that will give you a radius alert instead of along the road. But beware it could result in more alerts then you want.

The batch geocoding function on my computer does not work.

I have this problem unless I open EPE as administrator.

Right click on Desktop Icon and run as administrator

Tried administrator function and still no results.
