Does 2689LMT have same way of backing up Saved Favorites as 660?

I remember asking years ago if there is a way of saving Saved Favorites on 660, and someone posted the name of one file that accomplishes this.... (Please post again, I neglected to write it down)....

My question today is concerning the 2689LMT... Does this also save all favorites to one file, and can this be copied as a backup, so that in case I have to Reset the 2689LMT (or 660) I would have a way of restoring the saved favorites, so that I don't have to manually load them in one by one as I remember them?

A 2689LMT in both our cars that we love... and a Nuvi 660 with Lifetime Maps that we have had literally forever.... And a 2011 Ford Escape with Nav System that is totally ignored!
