Contributors Of The Week 2017-07-24

This week we’re recognizing, Bdhsfz6!

Bdhsfz6 (Rick), has been a member of POI Factory for nine years.
This week we’re recognizing him for his recent update to his Bike Trails PA. D&L Canal Trail file.

His enthusiasm for trial biking is evident in his files and we appreciate the time he takes to share both the files and his enthusiasm for biking with us!

Thanks, Rick!

Congratulations Rick ( Bdhsfz6 )

Thanks for the great work. Hopefully others will enjoy it. At 71 I tried to ride my daughters bike and it wasn't pretty.
Needless to say I will leave the bike riding to the younger generation. smile

My wife at 55 thought she was a kid on her bike and tried to jump a curb didn't do it right hit the curb fell off the bike and broke her elbow. She'll stick to the trails like this poi show from now on.

Thanks everyone for your kind words!

@ mgarledge: I'll be 71 in December and I know what you mean about getting back on a bike. It was quite a challenge for me and my wife when we started back in 2006. We found there are bikes out there designed with seniors in mind that make riding easy and fun. There are even electric assist models which take some of the strain off pedaling.

Although the bike trail files I've been posting are very senior friendly, they can also be enjoyed by any biker or hiker. We've found it's a great way to spend some time outdoors, get a little exercise and see some great scenery!

.

Congratulations, Bdhsfz6!
