When I was searching for a new car, after looking at reviews, consumer reports, etc I put together a "car test kit" that I carried with me--- it included the bean bag mount for my then garmin, my coffee cups, my charging devices, etc..... I actually put the the garmie in the new car for the test drive to be sure it would work--- and the car would "fit me"-- I later went to a vent mount but the "test kit" supported my decision and kept me from having unpleasant surprises.
I doubt I'll be upgrading in the next few years, but I'll keep this in mind when I do.

I had only one must have for our new car (except for the builtin GPS). We eat at Giant Burger in Rhome, Texas when ever we can, (great cheese burger). They have an oversized cup for their large drink, and I always want a large Diet Coke and refill to go..
When we were looking for our new car a couple of years ago I took the cup from Giant Burger to make sure it would fit. It's fits perfectly in the Honda Accord.
Our last car was a Honda Odyssey and the oversized cup would not fit but I make an adapter to rise it up a little so it would fit in the cup holder of the Odyssey. I kept the adapter I made until I made sure the cups would fit... Silly but important.

temps from 17-20 now at 48-50 and rain and possibly a partly sunny day this week, cant wait for spring going to Arizona for a few weeks before it gets to hot , not to many long driving trips left in me lol after 70 cant seem to handle them , seems like more bathroom stops shorter driving times lol .
