Associating BMP Icons

After creating a POI file, how do I associate an Icon for the POI locations? Thanks for any help!

BMP icons

You give the BMP file the exact same name as the POI file. The only difference is the three letter extension (.bmp), then put them in the same place and load them using POILoader.
