Garmin POI Loader

I have a Nuvi 350, and I've downloaded the POI Loader from the Garmin website following their instructions. However, when I run the install file it appears to install and then the file disappears. There is no icon on my desktop or file that I can find to open the POI loader.
The instructions for loading POI files with POI Loader say to start the POI Loader and select the directory that contains the .csv file and then follow the on-screen prompts.
I can't find the POI Loader program to start it, and I've done a search of all my folders for it? Is there something I'm missing?

Check the Garmin Folder (in Start>All Programs).
