Voting For 2015 Contributors Of The Year

As another year is coming to a close, it's once again time to vote for a contributor of the year.

Voting is open to anyone who currently has General Maintainer status (stars), and you can vote for any General Maintainer (other than yourself).

Here's a link to a list of all the General Maintainers:
www.poi-factory.com/pfu/general-maintainer-list

You vote for someone by clicking the button that says "Vote for This User" on their user profile page.

How you voted is not visible to other users, but a summary of people who've received votes is available on this page:
www.poi-factory.com/pfvote/summary

You only get to vote for one person; however you can change your vote if you decide to vote for someone else.

Voting will end as the new year begins (midnight Eastern time).

If you have general maintainer stars, please cast your vote today!

Jonathan (aka JM)

P.S.

And votes for people with a sheriff's badge will not be allowed AGAIN this year.

Wow this is hard

I took a look at the people who I was considering and several others people and I couldn't believe the work some of you do for this site.

It was so hard to decide as there are several that have maintained and keep updated massive list of POIs and FAQ, etc. And most of these people are also the ones that help all of us a lot. Thanks to all for all your work as it looks like a lot more than one need this award.

For your comment. Mary. I think it's helpful when members with a little more time share some of the things they look at when considering who to vote for for Contributor of the Year.

No Vote Button

Hopefully it is just my work blocking my ability to vote. I do not see a vote button at all.

You need to have a badge next to your name to vote

It's the thought that counts cool

In the meantime, enjoy your windmill and download the redlight and speed cameras POI files if you haven't already done so.

Many Thanks to All...

Who make this a GREAT site.

COW of the year.

Sure would like to see more members on the list for the COW of the year. There are many more of our members who not only participate in the forums but also put a lot of time into creating custom poi files and keeping them updated and available to the membership.Along with creating FAQ's and a few that even create programs for us to use on the site. Things that usually don't get the recognition they should.Lots of examples out there that result in benefits to us the membership. One example that comes to mind is http://www.poi-factory.com/node/39231 .Sure you could name others.

Trying to look at this as who has demonstrated outstanding contributions during the whole year and how it benefits our membership. Need more then one vote.

Tough choice, there's about

Tough choice, there's about a dozen or so names I see on a regular basis here on the factory, all of whom have a lot to contribute and do so frequently, that I could close my eyes and pick one of them and it would guaranteed a good choice for the award.

. 2 Garmin DriveSmart 61 LMT-S, Nuvi 2689, 2 Nuvi 2460, Zumo 550, Zumo 450, Uniden R3 radar detector with GPS built in, includes RLC info. Uconnect 430N Garmin based, built into my Jeep. .

There are several excellent candidates

& having to only vote for one is a tough decision. Alot of good hard working members that we see on a regular basis in the forums but many as worthy and low keyed working away for all of us in the background.

As far as I'm concerned, if someone doesn't clearly stand out from another, I prefer spreading the joy amongst others who have never won in the past.

Always A Difficult Choice

I always find this a difficult choice to make. We have so many individuals who devote countless hours in assisting others with valuable information as well as suggesting solutions for GPS problems that present themselves.
This is a special forum that I’m proud to be a part of, I only wish I could vote for more than one.
