Transferring Garmin Favorites to an in-dash GPS

I just bought a new Nissan Rogue that came with a built in GPS (Nissan Navigation System). I think the salesman said it is by Navteq. Does anyone know if it is possible to transfer my Garmin favorites to the new car?

I’m not sure about 2015 but for the 2013 models, the Nissan Connect System allowed .CSV files to be loaded via the in dash USB port.

I did mine digitally. Mostly I used my index digit.
