In danger of losing your windmill?
Maybe you can share the last place your GPS took you and if you encountered any problems, or if you used it to seek out special places to go (like Thai Food, ice cream shoppes, etc.).
Anything to keep your windmill alive.

Just finished this trip and it was a bit strange. Not sure if the new GPS is just getting to smart or I punched something in wrong. The night before I left I setup my route and it gave me two options one with tolls and one without. I decided since the one with was listed as 45 minutes faster to pay the tolls. Early in the morning I just turned the GPS back on and started North. Was part way up when I realized it had switched to the non toll route. Wonder if it took the day of the week and time of day in to account and switched which was optimum. The estimate for the non toll route was now what the toll route was the night before.

Bucket List Trip
Just completed a 12 day driving trip from Arkansas through Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada and back through Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma back to Arkansas. Bucket list included Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe (Celebrity Golf Tournament), Bryce Canyon, Zion Natl Park, Rocky Mountains before returning to the depressing heat and humidity of Arkansas.

Using it as a pedestrian, how did you keep the battery charged? How long could you go on a charge. I am lucky to get an hour out of my 855 any more (with full screen brightness).

There wasn't any need to keep it on all the time. Replacement batteries for the 855 are cheap on eBay!

Hope you had better routing while in TBay that we did. I used to live there and go four/five times a year and the Garmin ADDs 10 to 15 minutes travel time, even though it sees the routes.

Strapped the old Nuvi 255 in my RAM x-grip mount to our RoadGlide and we did a 6 hour, 500 km ride to Kirkland lake
Visiting some friends here and then off to Timmins tomorrow to visit friends there.
