Survey: Units that poi files work on

I am interested to know what devices/MFG GPS units (besides Garmin & TomTom) people have POI files working on and any specific procedures necessary to make them work. I want to give a class at our club meeting.

Rand

Rand McNally. No idea how to load POIs to those units however, I just see there are lots of Rand McNally csu files on this site.

Honda Accord

This is my post on how to load POIs to a 2014 Honda Accord Navigation System. I think it is the same for all newer Hondas.

The files have to be changed to .kml format.That information is here:

Scroll down the page to the three + in the gray circles.
Click on "Search by Advanced"

Scroll down to "d. Load Contacts from USB Memory"

This tells how to load them but it doesn't tell in what format. You can try several formats on the USB to see if any work.

I will try to find what format.

Thank You for the info. Now that you supplied the proper format i can upload my poi file to my sister's car and that way we can meet at the same place without having to give constant directions.
