Apple Care
My iPhone 5 was in recall for a battery issue and the off-on switch issue. Took it in to the Apple store in Madison yesterday expecting to get a loaner while they repaired it. They gave me a brand new iPhone 5 instead. Now I don't have to worry about a replacement at least until the iPhone 6S comes out next year. Good customer relations. This is why all my equipment is Apple.
