Real Junction and Lane Assist

Can Real Junction and Lane Assist both be active at the same time? I see Real Junction photos but not Lane Assist animations. I have Safety Kit installed and Real Junction intalled.

Yes and No

Yes. They are both active when both the Junction View (JCV) and the safety are installed but they do not show up at the same exits.

The Active Lane Guidance (ALG) animation does not show up for all the exits. ALG shows up only at complex junctions. When The ALG supersede the JCV, i.e., the junction views are suppressed when ALG shows up. I based my statements on comparing the JCVs on my 3597 and 2595. Only the 3597 has ALG. 2595 shows JCVs at exits where 3597 shows ALG animation.

I do not know of a way to disable the ALG once it is installed.

My phone is Android. But I think the iPhone version behaves the same. The Android Viago behaves exactly the same as my 3597.

Thanks

Thanks, Pillowcase. That makes sense.
