Just verified again ... my GE version is 3.1.6. Must have been 3-4 days ago I updated to 3.0.12 which refused to show the Extras. I contacted Garmin via email and suggested that I update to 3.1.6. I did and the Extras are now showing.
If there is a way to post a screen shot, I would be happy to post.
At least he should keep posting to his original thread on the subject. Not a new thread for every release.
As I said before, I'm not downloading every release, but will download it when the map update comes out.
Why all the paranoia over this program? Let Garmin fix errors, release updates, etc. Isn't that what they should be doing?
Everybody should just take a deep breath and relax.
When GE first came out it kept offering me the same update over and over again even though the unit showed it took. Still I give it a shot each time and the last map update took on both of my 2460's with no problem and a lot faster than they used to. It's a lot better than it used to be for sure.

Garmin began rolling out Garmin Express v3.1.7.0 for the PC today. If you would like to upgrade to the latest version, Check for Application Updates on the Settings page within the Express application. This version includes the following changes:
-Fix an issue with vivofitTM software not getting updated
Again, this update does not affect nuvi owners. It is not necessary to upgrade at this time.
