Address Book Vs POI files

I hate to admit I'm not getting how to load POI files in my RVND 7720. Here is my story: I've created a CSV
Address file of family members and friends from my old Garmin data in the following format
Lon,Lat,location name, street address, city, state and zip. I loaded this file using the Rand McNalley Dock
"add locations/Address address book". Everything worked as expected during the upload; and, on the GPS
when I go to "Choose Destination/address book" I can select the address I want and route to it.
Now the problem... When I use an identical file format for other POIs and load them using "Add locations/POI".
(instead of Address Book),No errors are indicated and the correct number of entries are indicated
as being on the GPS.
But, when I go to "Choose Destinations/Custom POI" and select the file name just uploaded, the GPS indicates
"No selected point of interest found nearby".The same result is experienced if I use the "City" or "My Route"
path to try and select a destination. I've even tried reducing this file to the 3 essential fields Lon,
Lat and name with the same result. Can someone possibly help? Thanks in advance.

Swap Data

Try switching the Lat and Lon columns.

Try restarting the device first to be sure there are no internal errors. I've also had occasional problems getting it to address a location. Generally it is a mismatch with the city that it is listed under vs. the city I feel it is closest to.

Address Book Vs POI files

You were right phranc my columns were reversed... Couldn't see the forest for the trees. The interesting part was when the same POIs were loaded as address book entries they were all visible as destinations I could route to. Enteries through the "Address File" vice "POI" route must be interpeted differently by the RVND 7725. Thanks and Happy New Year!
