No base map?

Hello,
I've just installed the 2014.2 into the sd in my Nuvi 2595. It doesn't show in myMaps. JaVaWa says, "this device will not function optimally, because it doesn't contain a base map". The download is in ".jdminfo" folder not the Garmin folder, and there isn't a Map folder in the Garmin folder.I'm guessing that's where it should be. I'm thinking make a Map folder in Garmin and drag the .jdminfo into it. Thought I would check with you people 1st.
Well that won't work. It's 2KB.
