How does this compare to CoPilot Live?

Edit: Does it need data?

only to compute

From my understanding it does some data calls to plan a route but as far as needing it to display the route, no it doesn't. I've never used the product, only looked at the reviews and the current reviews on Amazon strongly suggest you should bypass this product.

I have CoPilot live but thought if this was better would look at it. Thanks, will bypass.

Thanks for the info.

Thanks for the info.

I have

both. you need a data plan or access to WiFi at first to down load maps, in my usage I have not had to down load and data while traveling, Navigon has a feature to access Glypmse, have not tried this feature, CoPilot you can add custom POI's to it, there is a thread on POI-factory that tells you how to do it. From my reference point I prefer Navigon over CoPilot.
