HELP!!!!! (showing me 45 miles north of my current location)

I can't believe this. I have a Garmin 750. I will be driving from Chicago to San Diego on Wednesday. I just loaded in my hotel stops. Once finished I decided to check my location. It keeps showing me 45 miles north of my current location. I just loaded new maps (I have lifetime maps). Also, when I tell it to take me to a destination, the route is all squiggly and makes no sense. Any ideas why??

Do a hard reset after a Faves backup.

Reload maps
If the hard reset doesn't solve the problem, I would re-download the maps to your GPS unit.

I think there is a last location which may or may not be where the GPS currently is. This may be what you are seeing if you have not let the GPS acquire satelites.
