This, apparently, happens much more frequently overseas than in the US. I guess when people are pissed, there's no telling what they'll do. I don't think MD his instituted court costs to fight a speed camera ticket yet so ???

Not civilized though.

RLC's Destroyed

In some low income areas of NYC, it was reported awhile back that RLC's were destroyed with rocks when they were first installed. They eventually removed them altogether.
