Hi, if want to share some of my favorite files with a garmin 50 can it be done and how would I do it, I tried putting them on the micro sd but the garmin 50 did not respond to it, hope it can be done hope you can help Thanks!

Just connect your gps unit to the computer.Open up the Garmin folder and click on the GPX folder.Copy the current.gpx file and save it.Now rename it to temp.gpx. Put the temp.gpx file in the GPX folder for the Garmin 50.Reboot the 50.

Charlie has already given the technique for sharing "Favorites" - those points of interest that your yourself loaded one by one to your unit.
If you in fact were talking about "files" that were loaded some other way like POI Loader, get back to us.
