I have purchased a refurbished StreetPilot at BestBuy.ca few weeks ago and I wouldn't be able to tell you if it was completely new or refurbished in some way. Everything looked brand new, except the box that was more like an OEM box, white with nothing written on it. First time I purchased refurbish things, was quite surprised at the quality of what I received (worth the 75$ saving according to me!)
