Nice Ride MN And Spotcycle

My family and I went on a bicycle ride yesterday and since I was the only one currently without a bicucle of my own, I decided to try the Nice Ride MN https://www.niceridemn.org/ Of course, being a GPS enthusiast, I wondered if they had an app for that. As it turns out, there is an Android app called SpotCycle http://www.spotcycle.net/ Then I got to wondering if we have something like that here for Custom POI files. Do we have anything like that currently?

Bike rental

The same concept is done in many cities in NA and Europe. Some in NA more successful than others.
