In danger of losing your windmill?
Maybe you can share with us the last place your GPS took you and if you encountered any problems, or if you use it to seek out special places to go (like Thai Food, ice cream shoppes, etc.).
Anything to keep your windmill alive.

My truck GPS...
... took me on a restricted road yesterday. I quickly submitted a MapShare correction to TomTom. I love the way my map is instantly corrected so I'll never accidentally go down that road ever again.
I was lead that way because the Indy Truck Stops POI told me there was a truck stop that I was trying to locate. It long since closed. And I didn't see the sign because it was obscured by trees. I'll be updating that truck stop soon to the maintainer, along with a bunch of brand new Indy Truck Stops.
Amazing GPS: I once was lost but now am found.

Great weather today for a trip south and back on I-95. Hit some traffic on the way back due to an accident. No escape route to get around it, but we were at lest moving forward even in the worst delays.

Weekend trip
I just returned from a 1727 km(1079 m) trip. No problems but the GPS and friction mount fell of the dash twice. Have to look for a better mounting system.

Made it home from...
our great Alaska adventure. Out on the road for 82 days. Our old Nuvi took us up to Alaska and back with many side trips through Canada and Washington state with no problems!

My Garmin Nuvi did good job. In yellow stone park and some of Wyoming it got confused. Did a good job a few times re-routing for traffic. I am fixing to go to the east coast so I'll see how it does there. Glad I had a Garmin. It helped me find restaurants, hotels, and attractions.

Use an icon. That way all you need to do is glance for the symbol and not worry about the street names.
