A Kenwood DNX5140 can have one of several Kenwood navigation units attached to it according to the manual. I assume that is where the Kenwood DNX5140 gets the data to display for navigation but I am only guessing.
Let's assume that you mean one or more POI files from poi-factory.
I am not sure why you need the files on a CD but what I would do is to download any desired POI file to my computer. I have a directory (ie. folder) called MyPois. That is where I put the files I download.
Once you have downloaded files to this directory, you could then "burn" the files to a CD if that has to be done.
