Has Your Computer Been Unstable After Installing Garmin Express?

While this might be purely coincidental, it seems like my home computer has been sort of unstable after I installed Garmin Express. Has anybody else here noticed this? Maybe I am way off base and this is just a coincidence. Anyway, I have uninstalled Garmin Express and I will see what happens.

But Express failed to update the map for a 2350 using a Win7 and a WinXP computer. When I asked Garmin tech support for help, giving them specific a step by step replay of how it failed, they didn't even bother to look into it, simply said do not use Express, use web updater.
Very poor support imho. And they probably don't even know their own product, it most likely got farmed out to some development team overseas that doesn't work for them. So they are the ones who got burned, paying for something that doesn't work.
