Base Camp and Open Street Maps

I know that you can use the open street Maps with the garmin 20. But can you use with the Base Camp and how do I get transfer into the Map section for the Base Camp ?

I'm not at my main PC right

I'm not at my main PC right now, but there is a way to get BaseCamp to see maps that require MapSource, such as Roads and Recreation '99. It involves moving the maps to the proper directory and editing the Windows registry.

I mention this as OpenStreetMap, if I recall, does make MapSource installations of its maps available but not BaseCamp.

OSM

I use OSM for US on my Oregon 550. I haven't tried to install the OSM on the computer, but BaseCamp does load the Open Street Map from the Oregon and I can access and use in BaseCamp.
