This is a fair statement. The Android 900.4617s were released roughly a month after the other 900s. 1 caveat: the 900.4617s were the first Android maps, which may have caused the delay. The 905s may or may not be released later with this edition. Time will tell.
Although the 905 maps have been released, none of the maps, that cover the USA in any shape, form or fashion, have been released. TT claims that they are waiting on some new road info!!

The 905 maps were released today.
USA 905 maps
