Has anyone been able to access their smartphone's contact list on their nuvi 1450? My Samsung S3 is running 4.1.1 Jelly Bean.

Yes, but it is sporatic on both my Palm Centro and htc Rezound.

When I had a 1490 phonebook access was probematic. You might want to review this thread:

Thanks for the info. It looks like that's not going to work.
What I did discover though is that when I press voice dial on the nuvi, it activates voice recognition on my Galaxy. I can do anything that way.

Good to hear. I could also use 1490 voice dial with my HTC touch and Nexus
