Voice command activation and NOAA alerts

Here's a question for nuvi owners whose nuvi offers Voice Commands with a "wakeup" phrase.
Have any of you ever had your nuvi running along with an FM station on your vehicle's radio when a NOAA weather alert cut into the FM broadcast?
For me, the "digital hash" that occurs at the beginning and end of the NOAA transmission told my nuvi to wake up and it responded with a "Say a command."
I suppose there may be some connection between the chosen wakeup command and whether a NOAA digital chatter noise will cause an activation of the nuvi--but I must say that "Hey Karen" doesn't sound at all like the NOAA stuff.

My Jill has super great hearing.
Went To Pennsylvania on Sunday and we were on Interstate 80, no radio on, no conversation going, and Jill comes on. It was windy so she may have interpreting the wind as my voice.
Kinda like my wife, who hears everything I mumble to myself. Wish I could shut the wife off with the exit command.
Please, no offense to any female forum members, this is just a guy thing.

Maybe there is a way to communicate with the Garmins through a computer similar to a fax modem or something.
I first programmed my 3490 to wake up to "listen to me," but my wife kept setting it off. Now it is "Now here this."

In my 2460 I use Jack for turn by turn so I changed the prompt to "Wake Up Jack"
