Switzerland?

I was always under the impression it was a US company, just shows how much I know.

US

They are a US company, originally at least. They moved admin, first to Cayman Islands, then to Switzerland, presumably as a tax shelter like so many other US companies have done.

60 Minutes

60 Minutes did a story couple of years back about many companies using the same small office address in Switzerland as their "headquarters" as a tax dodge.
