How to add a location to a existing poi

For the live of me I can not figure this out.. I wanted to send the owner of http://www.poi-factory.com/node/720 this poi another location for them to update it but i can not figure out how can someone help me

The POI file was submitted by Veenstra in 2007. I do not believe he is active.
Contact JM or Glope Turtle
Since there has been no update since 2007 the maintainer is probably gone. Contact JM or GlobeTurtle. They could add it or maybe you could take it over.
