nuvi 50 does not show POI created with POI Loader

I downloaded a number of POI files from this website and used POI Loader to download them to my Nuvi 50 as a GPI file. Nothing shows up. I erased the default GPI file on the unit and nothing shows.
I restarted the unit several times but no change.
When I open the POI/ GPI file manually on the PC everything is right there. Any tips or suggestions???
What went wrong/ What should I do differently?
Anybody out there who had a similar experience?

Map or menu?
Are you saying you see no Custom POIs on the map or that you can't find them in the nuvi menu to select one?
Assuming your POI Loader ended with a "Successfully loaded xx POIs" or something like that, tap WhereTo, then Extras, then tap Custom POIs. You Custom POIs should be there to select. I'm not sure on the nuvi 50, but if you don't see Extras after tapping WhereTo, try the Down Arrow to see the items that didn't fit on the first screen and Extras should be there.
If you're not seeing them on the map, note that your map may need to be zoomed in for POIs to show. If you just loaded the POI file (.csv or .gpx), all you'll see on the map is a dot. For nice icons, load a .bmp along with each POI file:
