GRM StreetPilot c330 & SD card

Hello Fellow Members, I have been trying to fight with my St Pilot C330 for 6 days now. I have placed my new 2013.30 USA maps, with Options for smaller regions into my internal memory c330. I am trying to supplement the rest of the US and/or Canada/Caribbean onto an SD card.
Not on this Gods green earth will it recognize the card.I have used MapSource to create it with Unlock code. Yet My sister in law has her c330 and the map is recognized instantly.I have opend diagnostic mode and data card is recognized as 2032, with serial number.
What am I not doing, whats is the issue with my c330. Help!

First does your computer see your SD card? Did you reformat your sd Card? Insert the SD CARD into the gps slot, you should be able to see the GPS driver and also the SD card,if it show on your pc select your SD card and right click with the right mouse button and select FORMAT select FAT 32.Remember ones you format the SD card you also must create a Folder name that folder GARMIN open that folder and install your map there.
Now if your PC does not see your SD card and I suggest you purchase an SD CARD READER they only cost around 10.00 at walmart. I used to install the map there, the SD card reader are much faster to use to install maps. Hope this help.
