Fabric & Sewing Machine Stores

Hi,

I am a person who sews. I don't quilt. Does anyone have a lead on a poi for fabric stores? I saw the one for quilting stores, but they often don't carry garment or home decorating fabrics. I am specifically looking for New England and the Northeast down to Mid-Atlantic areas.

Very "relaxed" service apparently the norm

My wife and daughter want the POI for fabric stores that can get customers ready to go out in 15 minutes. Between getting the fabric cut and getting checked out at the register, they haven't found any that do it in less than 45 minutes.
