Misplaced RLC Coordinates?

A few days ago I reported an enforcement camera location to Angela (aka GlobeTurtle). It is in the RLC file released today. The new location is at the following (I was physically at this intersection last week):
-117.66253,33.49806,RLC - Camino Capistrano & Del Obispo

I searched all occurrence of "San Juan Capistrano" in the RLC file and it appears that there are 2 other locations which have been in the file for some time. I think one of the 2 may be a false location although I can't verify that with absolute certainty.

The location in question is:
-117.66277,33.50183,RLC - Ortega & Camino Capistrano

On Labor day, I took a 15 minute coffee break at Starbucks located at that intersection, right across Mission San Juan Capistrano. Working from my (not so good) memory, I don't recall seeing red light cameras there. Google street view doesn't indicate there's an RLC while the other 2 intersections in San Juan Capistrano clearly show RLCs.

Could this be a case of misplaced coordinates or an old RLC location? Can someone nearby mission San Juan Capistrano, California verify this?

Streets cross at two different intersections?

In my area there was confusion over the location of a RLC because the same two streets crossed each other at two different intersections about a half mile apart. I could see this on Google Earth but had to go out to the locations to see that there was a camera at one but not the other. The correction was sent to POI-Factory and it is correct today.

Also, some installations have a low profile. Only one out of four possible directions may be monitored. Google Street View is not in real time. A camera could have been installed recently.

It will show removed next week.

I looked it up and found it was entered in 2007.
I have a current reliable source for the other two locations so I will remove the Ortega & Camino Capistrano, effective next Wednesday.

I understand Google Street View isn't real time. The picture could've been snapped years ago. I can only confirm 1 location that I reported because I was there last week. It is indeed the same street crosses 2 different intersections.
