Downloaded the Mac version without incident. During the installation process it also appears to modify Garmin MapInstall & MapManager.

Basecamp

I just opened up Basecamp and it automatically started to download the update. No need to download it separately unless you want the file on your hard drive.

finally something

Looks like they finally get rid of idiotic function of re-indexing map for search function every time you switched between maps. If it was indexing map from device it took couple minutes to finish, and during this time fins wasn't working.

Other thing that I found irritating was no way to print map if it was not installed on computer but displayed from device. And it still stays this way.

Personally I'm still preferring Map Source way of installing maps on computer as default and using them without need to connect GPS. This system works much faster and there is no need to connect device every time I want to use maps.

Thank you!

...for the heads-up! smile
