POI in my RVND 7710

Hi there, I am trying to load a factory POI from POI-Factory.com and always get error message "File is not correctly formated". I got this message even with the sample Poi File from the site that show an example of good CSV formatting file... I do not know what happen.. Maybe it is due to my 2007 Excel version ? Thanks for your help.
