problems signing in to Garmin's "my dashboard"

Hello everyone, Been having problems connecting to "my dashboard" on the garmin site. I keep getting an error code=0x8002000a. Anyone else having this problem?

That's great to hear it's fixed.

Not being a programmer, it seems to me to be to be a flaw in Garmin's programming since successfully connecting to my dashboard should not depend on whether other devices are USBed to the computer.

My XP

When I plug in my camera to a USB, seems I must turn off my Laser printer. I have no idea why.
