Garmin update: Added Dealer Database updates through map update tools for OEM devices.

On my Nuvi 2350LMT, new update to version 3.50 is available, I contacted Garmin about the following update:
Added Dealer Database updates through map update tools for OEM devices.

Garmin response is, this update is for Garmin devices installed in automobiles from the factory, and they told me this update is not for the Garmin 2350LMT.

Now we all know what it is. I am curious why Garmin even shows it as an update when you don't have a dealer installed unit.
