1490T Slow

Has anyone noticed that their Garmin 1490T takes longer and longer to perform calculations for the requested route (just point a to point B) when you sleect where you want to go?

Any suggestions to fix this?

Try a hard reset. That fixes most ailments.

Firmware update

When was the last time you updated your firmware? Try running the update.

2460LMT too

My 2460LMT has gotten extremely long as well, sometimes as long as 15 minutes to calculate a 150 mile route, Same route used to take a couple minutes to calculate.

I just did a calculation of the route I mentioned, 28 minutes, then I did a hard rest same route less than 2 minutes. WOW, wonder what settings I had that caused that much of a difference.

My GPS is updated

My GPS is updated regularly.
I have the most current firmware and Maps.

For the 2460, try disabling

For the 2460, try disabling trafficTrends and myTrends to see if that's the issue. When you disable myTrends you should have the option of clearing out the saved data.
