Getting ready for a new 3970LMT from a 660

Couple questions. With a Macintosh what's a good way to convert MP3 to WAV files?

What files do I need to copy over to preserve my Favorites?

Any other changes I need to make?

.

You can use iTunes to convert files.

As far as copying your favorites, there are a couple of methods. Here's a recent thread discussing this topic http://www.poi-factory.com/node/34675

Sounds like you're doing your homework before you switch over.

What made you change? Nuvi 660 die or just wanted to change?

I still have my Nuvi 660 and am very hesitant to get a newer model since I like all the features of the older one.

$389?

I bought mine at Costco for $330 CDN. Was there today and is still the same price.
