Seems like they haven't been deploying them in the Baltimore/DC area all that much lately, but I admit that I am not keeping track of them.

Anybody know differently? (and more authoritatively?)

I'm not from that area so I don't really know. I was just there for work and I drove through the intersection. My Garmin didn't indicate there was a camera there but there were definitely signs posted and I saw the cameras.

There is one in the Factory file at Van Dusen & Arbory about a mile or less from Sandy Spring Road, MAC06 send JM a message just in case he doesn't read this post.

I marked this location as active and it will go back into the file with the next update.

There was a conflicting report about this intersection a couple months back, but your report helped confirm the camera is there.
