I've owned a 3790 Nuvi for close to a year. The only updates I've applied was a POI file of national parks. Lately I've noticed that I'm getting very detailed pictures of buildings. I commute to downtown DC, so I was use to seeing outlines of buildings, but I began to notice that a random selection of buildings appeared in great detail -- windows, doors, etc. The detail being visible by clicking on the 3-D swoosh.
It appears to me that my GPS is getting updated without my taking any action.
The most striking example is the National Cathedral.
