Denver in ticketing folks at red lights even after they stop, but end up just over the white line. Too bad!

I think this could help make things safer for pedestrians. It is annoying when people stop in the crosswalk. I don't think it is very difficult to stop behind the white line, especially one clearly marked.

Thanks Denver!

Now I understand why some very vocal people want to "shrink government and drown it in a bathtub".

All this does is create a hostile/aversarial relationship between the average joe and local government.

Enjoy the money, but don't scratch your head wondering where all that civic participation, support and pride went.

Don't know if they issue a ticket here in Tampa but I noticed the camera does flash if you front wheels is cross the white line, just in case I keep my distance.
