Just noticed today I have been a member for 4 years 4 weeks.Guess I must be a old timer.

I had my 4 year anniversary of joining POI-Factory earlier this month. If memory serves correctly, I have had "perfect attendance" (haven't missed a weekly post) in well over 3 years.

We had been before a long time ago. They have all the new things in FL now. Harry Potter and new scenes and shows. We are staying in the hotel at Universal studios so we see as much as possible.

I check this site at least 3 times a week. I love it.
We had
about 400 new members register last week, which seems about average at this time.
In January 2013 we had about 226K visits to the site, which is up about 5% from January a year ago.
I have noticed that we do have quite a few returning members, people who signed up years ago and, for whatever reason, took a break from active participation.
You can see who’s recently visited the site by clicking on the “user list” link. User’s who’ve visited most recently are at the top of the list.
It’s great to have these people, as well as our newbies, joining our loyal regulars in contributing to our community.
We need and appreciate all of you!

I knew I was getting close, and when I checked my account status minutes ago, it read "Member for 3 years 1 hour".
It seems like only yesterday when I posted that in this thread, but it's been over a year! It now shows that I've been a member for 4 years, 2 weeks!

I have been on here a lot longer than I thought. I am kind a hit or miss guy.
I have been through 3 auto GPS's with a 4th one on the way (Nuvi 2955LTM). 2 aircraft portables, panel mounts, Loran C and the much older Loran A's. Boy I must be old. Almost forgot my Samsung Note 10.1 with both aircraft charting and auto routing.

over 6 years, have finally upgraded my nuvi 350 after having it for almost 10 years. Now I have the nuvi 3490. I was difficult to manage it since I've gotten so used to everything touchscreen, pinch to zoom, etc.
I like my 3490, touch screen response time is not the best but it works.

I remember joining this site.. It was only 2 days after I got my Garmin C530. I wanted to know more about that a POI file was about and how to make one..
Now we have so many to choose from and a great place for us "older" folks to hang out and have a little fun.. What A great Place to be!!
