RLC and Speed file from Trapster for Garmin and Tom Tom

I looked at the file and it is very inaccurate. I looked at Rochester NY where there are 17 cameras. Since the input is by users and only verified by users they can put in what ever they want. The users are the ones that verify. If there are not enough users to verify then the data is not accurate.
Of the 17 Red Light Cameras we have, they show 11.
Of the 11 cameras there are 2 that are shown twice.
1 location has the description of the location wrong.
There is 1 camera that is shown in the middle of a block with no camera or intersection.
The file comes zipped with a csv file and a bmp file.
