Lost Rest Area Audio

On my last trip to Florida I downloaded the current Rest Area file along with the audio and bit map image. I then uploaded this file via the Garmin tool to my Nuvi 750 and requested a 5 mile alert notification. During the trip I only received the "ding" notification and no voice notification and never was the onscreen bit map shown. Any ideas as to why this may be happening?
At one time this did work and at that time the ending point was a direct route to the condo. Since then I have
changed ending points to an area around Ocala and I created a number of different routes from the I-95/I-295 area to get to my destination.
Now are the MapSource routes overlaying the Rest Area information and not allowing the voice notification or should I just be using the Nuvi calculated route?
Check each of the files and
Check each of the files and make sure the name matches except for the extension.

Also make sure you don't have a double extension.The best way to prevent double extensions is to go to your folder options in the control panel and click view then find hide extensions for known file types and remove the check mark. Click OK. This is for XP.

I am not sure just how I uploaded the Rest Area POI the last time and it just may have been under a different and longer name.
As far as the file extensions I am using Windows 7 and always unhide all files and extensions so that should not be an issue.
Thanks again and now maybe I will start on the personal POI file I want to create that I asked about in another post.
Use Rest Areas Combined
Only use Rest Areas Combined. Its POI locations are on the ramps to the rest areas and they are so close to your route you will always get an alert. Some of the state rest area files have the POI in the parking lot way off the road. You will not get an alert for these POIs.
