Another Zumo 660 Failed

I'm just curious. Is any one else having problems with the zumo 660? The Produst Support guy seems to think I've just been unlucky so far. Product Support says that there are no know problems with the zumo 660.
I received mine for Christmas and in March had Garmin exchange it for a new one. Yesterday evening I called Product Support again and I have another new exchange coming overnight.
The problems start with GPS just shutting down when accessing the manufacturer's POIs, then it starts shutting down on its own at different times. This is when I exchanged the first one.
Then the 2nd zumo started having trouble finding the SD card, then Jill started speaking at an accelerated rate that was unintelligible, then it stopped recognizing the difference between the motorcycle and car mounts.
The volume mixer never worked on either unit right out of the box.
I wrote a 2 page Trouble Report to send back with the GPS when I get the new one.
When it is operating the zumo gets very warm sitting on my dash, I'm wondering if that has anything to do with it???

I've had mine since they first came out. The software gets a little buggy at times. I probably need to up date again. Since the last up date mine shuts off every once in a while (not often). The unit has always ran hot but I've never had any other problems. I've dropped mine more than once and don't take as good of care of it as I should but it's holding up good and I use it almost every day. Hope you get your problems worked out, because I'm very happy with mine and wouldn't think twice about replacing it with another if this one dies.

3rd Zumo is different out of the box
@Mr_guns, I agree about the buggy software. The alert files I have work perfectly on the 765T units but no matter what I do to the zumo many of the alerts just keep on sounding for most of the alert distance (bug). Also the last 2 units had a very hard time handling the GARMIN POIs and would shutdown most of the time I selected one.
So far so good on a 750 mile round trip this weekend. This 3rd Zumo 660 is the 1st one that the volume mixer has worked on, how nice.
I did a complete firmware and associated files update via webupdater and then the map update via MyGarmin before touching the first button on it.
Hopefully like the Product Support guy said, I was just real unlucky getting 2 bad ones since there are not many problem reports for the Zumo.

6 WEEK BIKE TRIP !!! You really know how to rub it in.
So far this zumo is behaving properly and acting different than the first 2. I can only hope. Its got almost 2K miles the last six days since I got it and return dud #2, no problems yet.
I can only dream of the day I can go for extended trips on the bike. I only ever managed 9-10 day trips. Seems like they end too fast.
