When downloading poi's from POI Factory to load on my Nuvi 1490T, which type of file should I use? Which one is better? Or does it really matter?

When downloading poi's from POI Factory to load on my Nuvi 1490T, which type of file should I use? Which one is better? Or does it really matter?
I asked the same question a long while ago and I was told in the forum that if you want to be able to do more, GPX can give you more flexibility. I can mix distance and speed alerts with GPX. CSV won't do that.
