Conversation I had with Ford Executive Office Regarding CUSTOM POI's

I don't know what the procedure is on duplicate posts, but since this isn't just Garmin Related, I'll post this in both forums......
I Complained considerably in a letter to Ford Exes about my new Escape not having the capability of User POI's, even though they have a Bi-Directional USB port and do accept programs and data from the USB port.
The lady "Lynn" ("Only Lynn from Executative Office") asked me multiple questions about POI's, and their use.
In the letter I mentioned this website in paticular, and how this site supports multiple MFG's POI's.
I asked her in paticular if they (Ford) would like to hear from other POI Users, indicating that they, too would like Support of User Downloable POI's on the GPS in the vehicle...
Lynn said "YES" they would like to hear more on the need for this....
SO... Lynn said if you want to do this, please call 800-392-3673, and indicate it is at the request of Lynn from the executive office.
-- A 2689LMT in both our cars that we love... and a Nuvi 660 with Lifetime Maps that we have had literally forever....
And a 2011 Ford Escape with Nav System that is totally ignored!
