Miopocket on a Magellan

Has anyone actually installed a miopocket and tried to uninstall it? Just curious before I install it on my Roadmate.

I use to have it on my Magellan Maestro 4250. I didn't install it on the device itself, but on the removable memory. Even that way it did put some files on the devices storage, but didn't interfere with he use of it. I have been meaning to reinstall the new version but haven't taken the time yet. It adds some nice features to the GPS.

I would recommend making a backup just in case. All you would need to do is connect the device to your computer and copy the files to your hard drive.
